By visiting our site and/or purchasing jewellery from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink, such as our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes; your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We make every effort to describe and photograph our jewellery as accurately as possible, including metal type, plating, gemstone details and dimensions. However:

• Colours, finishes and gemstone tones may appear slightly different on screen due to lighting, photography and your device's display settings.
• As many of our pieces feature natural gemstones and hand-finished metalwork, minor variations in stone colour, texture, weight or finish between pieces are normal, and are part of what makes each piece unique rather than a defect.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any piece, discontinue a design, or correct product descriptions, pricing or availability at any time without prior notice.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without notice, including due to fluctuations in the market rate of gold, silver or gemstones. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout at the time you place it. We are not liable to you or any third party for any price change, modification, suspension or discontinuance of a product or the Service.

By placing an order, you confirm that the purchase, billing and shipping information you provide is current, complete and accurate, and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total order value.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, an error in pricing or product information, or where a piece has become unavailable — in which case we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout and issue a full refund for that order.

You may cancel your order for a full refund within the change-of-mind window described in our Refund Policy (currently 12 hours of placing the order, and not applicable to Express or Rush orders), as our jewellers begin sourcing metal and stones for your piece shortly after your order is placed.

Estimated processing and delivery timelines, shipping charges, insured shipping and our procedure for damaged or delayed deliveries are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order.

Eligibility for returns, exchanges, store credit and refunds — including timelines, condition requirements, and items that are not eligible for return (such as final sale, custom-sized, or Rush/Express orders) — are set out in full in our Exchanges, Returns & Refund Policy and Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

To help your jewellery stay beautiful for years to come, we recommend:

• Storing pieces separately in the pouch or box provided, away from moisture, direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Removing jewellery before swimming, bathing, exercising, or applying perfume, lotion or hairspray.
• Cleaning gently with a soft, dry cloth, and avoiding harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or abrasive materials unless specifically recommended for your piece.

Please note that damage resulting from improper care, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised alteration or resizing by a third party is not covered under our Refund Policy and may void your eligibility for a return, exchange, or warranty claim.

All content on this site — including our name, logo, jewellery designs, product photography, graphics, and written content — is the property of Ulka Jewells or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and design laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site or our designs without our prior written permission.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province or country of residence, or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or guardian to use this site.

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. This site may contain historical information, which is provided for reference only; we have no obligation to update it, and you agree that monitoring changes to our site is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including orders that appear to use the same account, payment method, or billing/shipping address. Where we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address or phone number provided at the time of order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account and purchase information, and to promptly update it — including your email address and payment details — so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control, provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind; your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk. Our site may also contain links to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, products or services of any third party, and any transaction you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that party.

These Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ulka Jewells regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements or communications between us.

These Terms of Service, and any dispute arising from your use of the Service or purchase of our products, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically; your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
